1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Seaside Villa Collection (“the Company”) for holiday rentals in Spain. By confirming a reservation, the tenant agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Spanish law applies to all agreements.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking becomes binding once confirmed in writing by Seaside Villa Collection. Payment conditions: for bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, a 30% deposit of the rental price must be paid within 3 working days after confirmation. The remaining 70% of the rental price must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days before arrival, 100% of the rental price must be paid immediately. The security deposit must be paid 7 days before arrival. Failure to comply with the payment terms entitles Seaside Villas to cancel the booking without further obligation.
3. Cancellation by the Tenant
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. Cancellation fees: up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation. From 30 days up to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price. Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental price. Any bank or administrative costs remain payable by the tenant.
4. Minimum Stay, Arrival & Departure
Minimum stay requirements vary by season and property and are stated on the website. High season (July & August): minimum stay of 7 nights, usually Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated. Mid and low season: flexible arrival and departure days may apply. Check-in:From 16:00 to 22:00.Late arrivals may incur an additional fee. Check-out: before 10:00 on the day of departure. Late departure may result in deductions from the security deposit.
5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required to cover damage, excessive cleaning, utility consumption or breach of house rules.The amount varies per property and is stated on the website. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no damages or outstanding costs are identified. Any deductions will be communicated to the tenant.
6. Property Condition & Damage
The tenant must report any defects or damage within 24 hours of arrival. After this period, the property is deemed to be in good condition. Damage caused during the stay must be reported immediately and may be deducted from the deposit.
7. Insurance
Tenants are strongly advised to take out travel and cancellation insurance. Seaside Villa Collection is not responsible for costs resulting from illness, accidents, travel disruptions or forced cancellation.
8. Cleaning
Final cleaning is mandatory and charged as stated per property.The property must be left tidy. Including: clean dishes and kitchen appliances, no rubbish left behind, barbecue/fireplace cleaned (if applicable). Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges.
9. Linen & Equipment
Bed, bath and kitchen linen rental is mandatory unless otherwise stated. Sleeping on beds without linen is not permitted. Baby equipment (cot/high chair) is available on request and subject to availability.
10. Internet, TV & Utilities
WiFi availability is stated per property. Internet quality cannot be guaranteed. Satellite TV does not guarantee specific channels.Temporary interruptions to water, electricity or internet may occur and do not entitle the tenant to compensation. Utility costs (electricity/gas), where applicable, may be deducted from the deposit.
11. Swimming Pool
Where applicable, pools are maintained periodically. Temporary unavailability does not entitle the tenant to compensation. Children must always be supervised. Pool use is at the tenant’s own risk.
12. Occupancy
The maximum number of guests stated per property may not be exceeded. Violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
13. Noise, Construction & Environment
Properties are privately owned. Noise, construction work or environmental factors beyond our control do not entitle the tenant to compensation.
14. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (including legal restrictions, natural events or withdrawal of the property by the owner), Seaside Villas may cancel or modify the booking. Paid amounts will be refunded proportionally. No additional compensation can be claimed.
15. Liability
Seaside Villa Collection acts as an intermediary and is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage unless caused by gross negligence.
16. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain.

1. Alcance
Estos Términos del propietario se aplican a todos los propietarios de propiedades (“Propietario”) que contratan a Seaside Villa Collection para la gestión de alquileres, marketing y servicios para huéspedes.
2. Servicios
Seaside Villa Collection ofrece, según acuerdo:
Comercialización y promoción de la propiedad
Gestión de reservas y comunicación con los huéspedes
Optimización de precios y disponibilidad
Manejo de contratos y administración de huéspedes
Coordinación de limpieza, mantenimiento y check-in/out
Los servicios específicos se acuerdan individualmente.
3. Obligaciones del propietario
El Titular garantiza que:
La propiedad cumple con las leyes españolas y las normativas locales de alquiler turístico.
Todas las licencias, registros y seguros son válidos.
La propiedad es segura, limpia y se mantiene adecuadamente.
La información proporcionada sobre la propiedad es precisa.
El propietario sigue siendo legalmente responsable de la propiedad en todo momento.
4. Disponibilidad y uso por parte del propietario
El Propietario debe proporcionar disponibilidad precisa y notificar a Seaside Villa Collection con anticipación sobre cualquier uso personal previsto.
El uso no anunciado por parte del propietario que afecte a las reservas confirmadas puede resultar en responsabilidad por costos o compensación.
5. Ingresos y pagos de alquiler
Los ingresos del alquiler se transferirán al Propietario según lo acordado, menos:
Gastos de gestión
Costos de servicio acordados
Cualquier gasto o daño relacionado con el huésped
Los plazos de pago se acuerdan individualmente.
6. Daños y reclamaciones de huéspedes
Se espera un desgaste normal.
Los daños causados por los huéspedes pueden estar cubiertos por el depósito de seguridad.
Seaside Villa Collection no es responsable de los daños causados por los huéspedes a menos que se deban a negligencia comprobada.
7. Precios y estrategia
Seaside Villa Collection se reserva el derecho de ajustar los precios de alquiler y las estadías mínimas para optimizar la ocupación y los ingresos, a menos que se acuerde lo contrario.
8. Responsabilidad
Seaside Villa Collection actúa como intermediario entre el propietario y el huésped y no es responsable de:
Comportamiento del huésped
Robo o daño
Fuerza mayor o acciones de terceros
9. Terminación
Cualquiera de las partes podrá rescindir el acuerdo mediante notificación por escrito, sujeta al período de preaviso acordado.
Las reservas confirmadas existentes deberán respetarse salvo acuerdo en contrario.
10. Confidencialidad
Ambas partes acuerdan tratar toda la información comercial y personal de forma confidencial.
11. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Las presentes Condiciones del Propietario se rigen por la legislación española.
Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de España.
